HypeDigitaly started as a startup in 2022, initially focusing on website development and digital marketing. However, with the advent of AI (chatGPT 3.5), it decided to move towards generative AI, specifically in the area of communication automation and customer support.

The company introduces artificial intelligence into the systems of companies and public institutions through advanced AI assistants focused on automating customer support and communication.

Soon, it became the first company in the Czech Republic to deploy its product—an AI communication assistant—in the Ústí nad Labem Region. It was first implemented on the innovation center's website and then on the official website of the Ústí nad Labem Region. By 2025, they had successfully deployed this product in other regions of the Czech Republic, such as the Vysočina Region, the Hradec Králové Region, the Central Bohemian Region, and other regions and municipalities.

HypeDigitaly is the only company in the Czech Republic to have its AI assistants deployed on the websites of several regional authorities.
