We are Citymind, a tech startup based in Brno, dedicated to integrating AI into the cities and companies of tomorrow. Specializing in advanced AI Agents (AI Bots), we offer solutions that assist with everyday tasks, provide document advice, help with product choices, respond to immediate needs, and much more—all within seconds. Our Bots are designed to be engaging and easy to interact with, thanks to their friendly tone, natural language, and deep understanding. Citymind is backed by technology accelerators, recognized for our social impact, and collaborates closely with key ecosystem actors across the EU to drive meaningful change through AI deployment.

Our expertise in AI technology enables us to streamline processes in both the public and commercial sectors. Our flagship product, the AI Agent, significantly alleviates the workload on government and civil servants by handling up to 80 % of queries, with 57 % being resolved outside of regular business hours. Through our data platform, we uncover community needs, allowing city leaders to better understand and address citizen concerns. This results in more efficient city administration and improved communication between citizens and their leadership. In addition to serving government entities, we create AI Agents for public institutions, universities, and corporate clients.
