In every rescue operation, clear and timely communication is crucial. Yet the rescue chain often begins with a caller who may be disoriented, injured, or unable to speak – and unable to provide vital information. That’s why we developed NG-SOS: a modular system that transforms how people in need connect with emergency services and how responders receive and manage critical information.
NG-SOS bridges the entire communication chain – from the caller, through the operations centre, all the way to the crew in the field. It allows for seamless transmission of GPS location, live video, chat with auto-translation and photos, even when the caller is unable to speak. Dispatchers work in a smart, web-based interface with all essential data at their fingertips. Responding crews receive alerts and mission details in real time via a dedicated app, without the need for complex integrations.
Our focus is on user-facing emergency apps – designed for citizens, patients, and people in distress. These apps are already in active use in the Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, and in the Slovak mountain rescue system, helping millions of users reach help faster and more effectively.
The system’s modular design means NG-SOS can function as a comprehensive solution or integrate with existing tools and technologies already used by emergency services. It supports public warning systems, real-time information sharing, and meets NG-112 standards.
With NG-SOS, cities gain a future-ready tool that improves response times, coordination, and public safety.
