Designated pedestrian crossing points are intended to allow pedestrians to cross safely, but it is precisely at these crossings that accidents or dangerous situations often occur (hundreds of accidents occur near pedestrian crossings in Hungary every year). This controversial situation has given rise to the SafeCross® smart crossing system developed by Pearl Enterprises Ltd.

THE SYSTEM IS ALREADY IN OPERATION IN 211 LOCATIONS IN HUNGARY

Since 2016 (when the first system was installed), there has not been a single accident at a pedestrian crossing converted into a SafeCross® okoszebra®.
