In cooperation with our clients, we create solutions with wireless sensors with a lifespan of several years that transmit the measured data to a central storage using dedicated transmission networks. Data is further processed, then it contributes to optimized and more effective process management. We are mainly focusing on the field of Smart Cities, such as waste collection, monitoring Portable Traffic Signs or environmental measurements. We offer the possibility of temperature monitoring up to -200°C, including package tracking, in the fields of healthcare and food industry.

Waste management – optimizing waste collection for municipalities and the collection of used clothes, shoes and electrical waste

Sensority’s solution for waste management, DistSense enables continuous monitoring of the filling of waste containers in towns and cities, provides detailed statistics on the filling process and the overall use of containers at different locations, including changes in human behaviour – caused by, as an example, pandemics. Such data can be used by municipalities not only to make waste collection more effective and to lower its expenses, but to improve the location of containers or adjust collection intervals as well, increasing the well-being of inhabitants related to waste collection. The DistSense solution is used by municipalities in the Czech Republic and abroad. It measures in short intervals and besides information on the level of filling, it is able to measure within challenging circumstances (metal containers, underground containers, containers with noise chains) in the form of data on distance or percentage of fullness. The web application allows control over dumping and approximate location. Implementing this solution to monitor the level of filling of containers for used textiles or shoes and electrical waste can lower costs of waste collection up to 30%, especially thanks to avoiding unnecessary trips, adjusting collection routes and making collection vehicles fuller.

Monitoring Portable Traffic Signs

The LocSense Pole solution offers fully automatized monitoring of the position, orientation and tilt of a traffic sign.

This solution was developed with special focus on Portable Traffic Signs, used during roadworks or road cleaning. The device is placed into the pole of the traffic sign and it enables remote monitoring of the position, orientation and tilt of a traffic sign, as well as if it’s standing or not. This way, it allows avoiding the costs of unnecessary trips to the site and of administering the position of signs while it increases road safety. The solution consists of a device that collects the required data at regular intervals and sends it in real time through a wireless network to a shared storage. Data is subsequently displayed in a web application or further integrated into the customer's systems. The devices are powered by a battery with a lifespan of several years.

A solution measuring air temperature, barometric pressure and relative air humidity

The solution ColdSense Outdoor enables the continuous measuring of outside temperature, relative air humidity and barometric pressure. This solution was developed with special focus on easy installation, not requiring any cabling or maintenance. The unique sensor is pagoda-shaped to eliminate the impact of sunlight on temperature measurements. The solution consists of a device that collects the required data at regular intervals and sends it in real time over a wireless network to a shared storage. Data is subsequently displayed in a web application or further integrated into the customer's systems. The devices are powered by a battery with a lifespan of several years.
